By accessing or using GobbleData ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

GobbleData provides AI-powered analytics insights for Google Analytics 4 (GA4) users. The Service:

• Connects to your GA4 account via OAuth authentication
• Analyzes your GA4 data to detect statistical anomalies and trends
• Delivers actionable insights via email
• Provides a dashboard for managing connections and viewing insights

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

3.2 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.

3.3 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activity under your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage from your failure to maintain account security.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

4.1 Plan Types

• Starter Plan: Free 30-day trial with limited features (1 property, 30-day data lookback, weekly insights)
• Pro Plan: $79/month (4 properties, 60-day lookback, daily insights)
• Business Plan: $199/month (unlimited properties, 90-day lookback, daily insights)

4.2 Free Trial

New users receive a 30-day free trial of the Starter plan. No credit card required for trial. Trial automatically ends after 30 days unless you upgrade to a paid plan.

4.3 Billing

• All paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscription renews automatically unless canceled
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on file

4.4 Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• No refunds for partial months or unused portions of the Service
• Upon cancellation, you will be downgraded to the free Starter plan

5. Data and Privacy

When you connect your GA4 account, we access Google Analytics 4 metrics in aggregated form via the Google Analytics Reporting API to analyze your data and generate insights. We do not ingest or store IP addresses, cookies, or other user-level identifiers beyond what Google already aggregates. We do not sell your data to third parties. 6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service for any illegal purpose, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the Service, or abuse free trial periods.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. Our insights are AI-generated recommendations based on statistical analysis - not financial, legal, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for decisions based on our insights.

8. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if payment fails.
