• Password (encrypted, never stored in plain text, encrypted using bcrypt)

Google Analytics 4 Data

When you connect your GA4 account via OAuth, we access:

• Property IDs and property names
• Metrics: sessions, users, conversions, bounce rate, engagement rate
• Historical data for 14-90 days (depending on your subscription plan)

We do NOT access: personally identifiable information about your website visitors, IP addresses, or user-level data, User-level GA4 data, Advertising identifiers, Cross-site tracking data.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Authenticate your account and connect to your GA4 properties
• Analyze your GA4 data for anomalies and trends
• Generate and deliver insights via email
• Process subscription payments
• Improve our Service and algorithms

4. How We Share Your Information

We do NOT sell your data.

We share information only with trusted third-party service providers:

• Google: Access your GA4 data via OAuth
• Stripe: Process subscription payments
• Resend: Deliver email insights
• Supabase: Database and authentication

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures:

• All data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS
• OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest
• Passwords are hashed using bcrypt
• We use trusted, industry-standard cloud providers

However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

• Active accounts: We retain your data as long as your account is active
• Canceled accounts: After cancellation, we retain data for 30 days, then permanently delete it

• Delete your account and data
• Opt out of email insights

GDPR (EU Users): You have additional rights under GDPR including data portability and the right to object.

CCPA (California Users): You have the right to know what data we collect, request deletion, and opt out of data sales (we do NOT sell data).

GobbleData is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
